Overview: Crisis communications follows a few simple but indisputable rules, and these guidelines are the foundation for mastery of emergency communications and provide a baseline for surviving a major issue.
Part 2: Understanding the Board Set-Up

Overview: Managing yourself and others is critical to achieving a desired outcome, and this means navigating different personalities and anticipating how others will react and respond to a crisis.
Part 3: Mastering Chess Moves
May 10 | 2-3 p.m. PT / 4-5 p.m. CT
Overview: The final part will focus on how to think strategically and creatively, when to increase or decrease your speed, when to “break” your own news, manage online outrage, draw on trusted allies, and when to do nothing at all.
