2020 has been a wild ride. There was sourdough starter, toilet paper shortages, Instacart, KN95, surgical masks, and designer masks. And Zoom.
With grit and grace and a lot of grumbling, we made it (almost). We’re nearly at 2021.
Time to celebrate with IABCLA’s annual holiday happy hour. This year – let’s do it on Zoom. No traffic, no masks, no designated driver. Just stories of our persistence, creativity and ingenuity. And what we’re looking forward to in 2021 (besides our vaccinations.)
The $5 fee will go to the LAGRANT Foundation. IABCLA will match ticket sales, doubling your support of this important organization. The foundation is dedicated to increasing the number of ethnic minorities in advertising, marketing and public relations by providing scholarships, career and professional development workshops, mentors and internships to African American/Black, Alaska Native/Native American, Asian American/ Pacific Islander and Hispanic/Latino undergraduate and graduate students.
