About our Presenters
Jeff Martindale is a Project Lead for client engagements in McChrystal Group’s West Region, where he partners with technology executives in both software and hardware companies to implement the company’s CrossLead system. A retired US Army Colonel, Jeff spent over 27 years serving in both conventional and special operations organizations, including 9 years in the elite 75th Ranger Regiment. From 2010 to 2011, Jeff commanded a Brigade Task Force of over 4,000 US soldiers and coordinated the efforts of special operations forces, US interagency organizations, and Afghan Security Forces to defeat the Taliban insurgency in Kandahar City and restore control to the Afghan Government as part of the surge strategy in Afghanistan.
John Previtera had a 28-year career in the US Navy before joining the McChrystal Group. While on the Navy’s SEAL Teams, John deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, and the Philippines in various different capacities. After retiring from the Navy, John taught Human Behavior Pattern Recognition & Analysis to active duty SEALs and Green Berets.
