Think Like a Gift-Giver! A Practical Approach for Impactful Communications
November 4 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pmFREE
From the lens of an internal communicator, effective messages require thoughtful planning and creating content that resonates with diverse workforce audiences. This process is similar to gift giving, a universal and symbolic form of communication.
We all know of people who’ve received disappointing gifts — or maybe we’ve received these ourselves. The result was wasted resources like time and money, confusion, and even feeling offended. However, we can think of great gifts we’ve received that have left lasting impressions, added value to our lives, and for which we have expressed genuine appreciation. With thoughtful planning and creative content, the work we present to our audience can achieve positive results.
