Roxy Tomacder is a high-energy, creative, and collaborative leader with a love for public speaking. She is a communications practitioner with 12+ years of experience in internal communications, marketing, social media, public relations, consumer affairs, crisis management, and employee engagement. Most recently, she was selected as a speaker at the IABC World Conference in July 2021.

Roxy currently heads internal communications for a healthcare company. As a strategic advisor to leaders, her efforts have resulted in higher employee connectivity, increased organization-wide presence of leadership, and continuous growth in employer brand reputation.

With her comms experience, Roxy is most passionate about motivating underserved champions to believe they have the power to influence and inspire others.
